Off the slab and onto soft scree. This part was quick to get down. The lower we got the less soft and more rubbly the scree became but it wasn't difficult.
A small snow patch to cross before reaching the creek that use to be so far below us.
Back in the forest. I'd packed up my camera for the walk out, but the views made me get it back out again. It's around 7:30pm now and we have 90 minutes until sunset and a long ways to go still.. at least most of it will be downhill.
